At MN Actors Academy, we are committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for students, staff and volunteers. This commitment includes the health and safety of staff and students.

RIGHT TO REFUND: If you decide to cancel your place at MN you may do so within 14 days of receipt of payment to receive a full refund, except if your first class starts within 30 days of purchase. To cancel your place you must email our office here or via any other means, making a clear statement that you no longer wish to take part. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must send your communication of cancellation before the 14 day period has expired or before your first class starting within 30 days of purchase. If you are not entitled to a refund MN will move you to an alternate term of your choice, effective up to one year of purchase. All term fees must be completed before our terms begin.

MN withholds the right to move the date, time, or, location of their classes under such circumstances where they are unable to deliver scheduled classes. We will inform all students/participants of any alternate date, time or changes in location.

EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION: We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day in which we receive your cancellation notice via email, you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF CANCELLATION: You cannot cancel your classes/withhold payment if the delivery of classes has started upon your request and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your cancellation right.
