In compliance with data protection legislation in the UK, including the Data Protection Act 1998 until its repeal and the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 ("GDPR"), as well as any national implementing laws, regulations, and secondary legislation, such as the Data Protection Bill 2017-2019, the following provisions apply regarding the personal data (the "Data") we process about you in connection with this agreement:

This consent can be withdrawn at your discretion. We also seek explicit consent for processing Special Category personal data or criminal offence data where no other lawful basis applies.

5. Data Rights and Updates: You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your Data. Please inform us of any changes to your Data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.

6. Data Retention: We retain your Data only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in our privacy notice, considering legal and regulatory requirements.

7. Data Subject Rights: We ensure that all your rights under the GDPR are upheld, including data portability and the right to object to data processing.

8. Data Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach, we will promptly notify you and the appropriate regulatory authorities, detailing the likely risks and the measures taken to mitigate any potential harm.
